Hello, I'm Silvia.
My work brings together specialist buccal and TMJ techniques, facial sculpting and restorative bodywork, with a strong focus on deep rest.
My approach has developed through years of hands-on bodywork and advanced training in facial lifting, myofascial and buccal techniques.
I don't treat the face in isolation. I consider the jaw, neck, scalp and wider patterns of tension, adapting each treatment to what I feel and what you need that day..
Some treatments are focused and dynamic, others are slower and deeply restorative. The aim is the same - to ease persistent tension, create a fresher, more rested appearance and give you space to properly switch off.
I want you to leave feeling lighter, looking refreshed and genuinely rested.
BEYOND THE JAW
The jaw is part of a much bigger picture.
Breathing, posture, tongue position and the way we hold tension through the body can all sit alongside jaw tension.
Where appropriate, treatment can extend beyond the face and jaw, working with areas of the body where tension is also felt.

Comfort begins the moment you arrive.
A heated treatment bed, beautifully soft towels, warm mitts, low lighting and subtle aromatherapy are all part of the treatment - small details that make it easier to completely switch off.
Appointments are deliberately spaced, so there is no sense of being rushed - just quiet, one-to-one time in my private treatment room.
