My name is Silvia and  I'm qualified and experienced massage therapist through ITEC Level 3.

I deeply believe that every client has a control of their own health and well-being.  My aim as a therapist is to help initiate your own healing  process. 

 I use intuitive approach to my therapies and often combine various massage techniques.  I provide  bespoke therapy session which is unique to each person.  

My treatments are giving you time, space and expert techniques to help your body and mind.
